Software support
Start with the right support path.
Free and paid products use different support channels so public questions stay searchable while paying customers can send site-specific details privately.
Paid support target
Normally within two business days.No 24/7 or emergency-response promise.Documentation + WordPress.org forum
For free WordPress.org editions, start with the documentation. If the issue remains, use the plugin's public support forum so fixes and answers can help other users too.
Private ticket support
An active commercial license includes private Open Arts Press support and updates. Tickets can include site URLs, logs, screenshots, and account-specific information that should not be posted publicly.
Pre-sales questions
Not sure whether a product fits your site, WordPress version, XenForo version, or workflow? Ask before buying. No license is required for pre-sales questions.
Report privately
Do not publish suspected vulnerabilities in a public support forum. Security reports should go through a private channel so they can be investigated before disclosure.
Open a request
Private software support.
For paid software, include the product name, version, site URL, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any steps that reproduce the problem.
What paid support covers
Product help, not outsourced site administration.
- Installation and activation problems
- Documented features that are not behaving as expected
- Compatibility questions and reproducible conflicts
- Bug reports and reasonable troubleshooting
- License, update, and download access issues
Custom development, unrelated WordPress/XenForo administration, emergency recovery, and bespoke integration work are outside ordinary plugin support and can be scoped separately when appropriate.
